Rockne has twenty years of commercial real estate experience in the Quad Cities and the Midwest. He works on various size projects and many aspects of leasing, sales development, and consulting.

He has had significant real estate appraisal experience, and previously held the MAI designation.

Having been a Real Estate Representative for Eagle Food Centers, his exposure to commercial real estate is extensive with a focus toward retail.

While performing feasibility studies for grocery stores he became involved with Geographic Information Systems (GIS). He continues to perform demographic mapping for a number of users and purposes.

Areas of interest for Rockne are computers and outdoor activities.
