David has been involved in the building and real estate business for over 25 years. His experience started in construction and estimating for a grading and paving contractor David then owned a general contracting firm primarily involved with renovation and rehabilitation.

His next move put him in a position for leasing, property management, tenant negotiation, and developing properties throughout the Midwest.

David is a lifetime resident of Bettendorf. And he believes "Bettendorf is a great place to live."

David is a member of the Davenport and Bettendorf Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the PRIDE committee - responsible for raising more than $1,000,000 in private and public donations, and actively involved in various civic organizations.

"We have a different environment here than on the east and west coasts. We are a quiet company with a low profile. But because of the local developments of Duck Creek Mall and Northridge, we are more out front now. We consider ourselves to be a service Company."
